Exploring the Role of Grandparents and Food in Wythenshawe
Are you a grandparent living in Wythenshawe who has a grandchild or grandchildren under 16 with whom you have regular contact? This could be occasional weekends or every day. Do you have responsibility for providing food for them?
If so, you are invited to take part in a research study. I work for Manchester City Council and am currently undertaking a part time Masters Degree in Public Health. I would like to interview grandparents about feeding their grand children and the factors and decisions that influence this. The interview would take approximately 1 hour and there may be a shorter follow up interview. Interviews can take place in your home or at a convenient location. Any travel costs will be refunded. All information provided will be treated confidentially.
